Kryss sold the property in Indian Creek Village to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos for $79 million but claims he was misled about the buyer’s identity.
He alleges that if he had known Bezos was the buyer, he would not have lowered the asking price from $85 million.
The lawsuit centers on Douglas Elliman CEO Jay Parker, who reportedly assured Kryss that Bezos was not involved.
Wealthy buyers often keep their identities hidden to prevent price inflation, and Kryss argues this secrecy cost him up to $6 million.
The lawsuit also mentions Celine Klepach, the realtor who handled the sale, though she denies direct involvement.
